Our most important negotiation turned out to be getting our elderly dog admitted to our new building, and we couldn’t have done that without Lindsey. Lindsey is a lovely human being and a fantastic realtor. She helped me and my husband find a home in Massachusetts while we were still living thousands of miles away in California. Lindsey was incredibly responsive. I was out of state and she drove my elderly parents to quite a few houses. She also did walkthrus with me via WhatsApp video calling so I could see the houses. We had specifics we had to have and Lindsey was excellent n filtering for these. There were some major issues with my mortgage broker and she was most helpful in getting past those issues. Lindsey is very much aware of the area and was even helpful in giving me great recommendations on reputable workers in the area. I would highly recommend using Lindsey for your next home purchase.
