Kate helped us sell our house and she was outstanding. She knows the business and makes it easy for us to live our life while she just does what she needs to do to close the deal. Kate gives great advice and puts us at ease during one of the most important transactions of our life. She’s a joy and a pleasure!

I cannot rave enough about Kate. She handled the sale of my mother’s condo for me (I live in Colorado). The sale closed yesterday. From start to finish, Kate handled every detail was incredible thoughtfulness, thoroughness and knowledge. She kept my brother and I informed, going above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with care. I would highly recommend Kate Daly to anyone needing to sell their home. I did not live local to the property being sold and Kate went above and beyond to check on the property, meet various repairmen and followup when the work was completed and basically ensure that everything went smoothly every step of the way. She even did a drive-by after a powerful wind storm came through the area to ensure that everything was OK. She is incredibly responsive and answered questions, emails and texts promptly and thoroughly. She has excellent connections and knowledge of local contractors for any types of repairs or updates that your home may need. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, dedicated to her clients.

Kate is very personable, understanding, she listens to what your looking for and then gives you her recommendations. Kate does not hide anything if a house needs more work then is worth the money she will tell you. Kate will make sure the house will pass title 5 and whatnot before you even look at the house if possible. Kate will not leave you in the dark, when it’s the waiting period she stays in contact with you and keeps you up to date on what’s going on behind the scenes. I would highly recommend Kate and in fact I have sent people to her recently. If we ever buy another house she will definitely be our go to person!

Her attention to detail, fabulous recommendations and negotiation skills made the offer process a breeze. Despite a few delays in our closing (due to the sellers), Kate got us to the closing table with a minimum amount of stress.
